Court training and strength & conditioning sessions will be offered as two separate offerings to ensure families are able to create the option that works best for them.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - Momentous Athletics
⇒ Option 1: Team / Large Group Training
Momentmous will be offering large group training sessions similar to last year’s structure, with groups of approximately 12–15 athletes and two coaches on the floor.
Program Dates: May 11th - August 12th, 2026
Training Times: Mondays and Wednesdays
2013–2011: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
2010+: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Pricing:
8 Week Option (May 11th - July 1st)
1 day/week: $169.99 + HST
2 days/week: $239.99 + HST
14 Week Option (May 11th - August 12th)
1 day/week: $249.99 + HST
2 days/week: $409.99 + HST

Families or athletes who would prefer to create their own training groups can book private small group sessions directly.

Option 3: Individual Athlete Programs
For athletes looking for a more advanced and individualized training experience, Momentous is also offering access to our Elite Summer Off-Season Program and High Performance Off-Season Program. These programs include structured strength and conditioning, premium training support, and additional resources based on the program selected. Ravens athletes will receive 20% off all summer programs.

COURT TRAINING
We are bringing energy, expertise, and variety to the court this off-season with an exciting 7-week training program at Loyalist College. Designed to keep athletes engaged and progressing all summer long, this program features rotating guest coaches who bring fresh perspectives and specialized knowledge to each session.
Athletes will train once a week in a high-quality, focused environment, with sessions tailored by age group. Junior athletes (ages 12–14) will take the court Wednesdays from 6:00–7:45 PM, while senior athletes (ages 15–17) train from 8:00–9:45 PM PM. Each session is led by experienced and knowledgeable coaches dedicated to helping players build skills, confidence, and game IQ.
